Privacy
Short, because there is not much to say. One form, one recipient, and nothing sold to anybody.
What the form collects
The estimate form asks for your name, a phone number, an email address, your town, what you are building and roughly how big it is.
We ask for both a phone number and an email address so that one mistyped number never leaves us with no way to reach you.
The note is optional and marked as such. If you have a photo of the spot, it goes by text to the same phone that receives the form, and this site never stores it.
There is no budget field and no date picker, because neither helps Hervin Ramirez get back to you.
Along with your answers, the form notes how you first found the site, such as a Google search, one of our ads or a link from another site, and the first page you landed on. That tells us which advertising brings in work. It is kept with your request and used for nothing else.
Who reads it
Hervin Ramirez does. It goes to his phone and his email, and into the customer records kept for the business, so we can call you about the job you described. The company that builds and runs this website for us gets a copy too, so a request that goes astray gets noticed.
It is not sold, rented, traded or handed to a lead broker. Nobody buys their way into that list.
How long it is kept
As long as the job conversation is live, and after that as an ordinary business record.

Calls and texts
Sending the form is an invitation for one call back about that job. It is not a subscription to anything.
We don't run a marketing list, and nothing here signs you up for one.
Measurement
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It does not identify you by name.
We also advertise on Google. When you arrive from one of our Google ads, Google Ads notes whether you then sent the estimate form or tapped the phone number, so we can see which ads are worth paying for. That does not identify you by name either.
Things loaded from elsewhere
The typeface comes from Google Fonts, so Google's servers see the request your browser makes for it. That and the Google tag, which carries both Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement, are the two third party assets on the page.
Links out to Google, Facebook and Instagram are ordinary links. Once you follow one you are on their site and under their terms, not this one's.
