Atlanta is about 70 minutes at 58.3 road miles, South Fulton about 87 at 70 miles, both down I-75.

Between them Atlanta and South Fulton hold 309,630 homes, and 138,636 of those are owner occupied. The split is the interesting part: Atlanta sits at 46.4 percent, so most of the housing stock is rented, while South Fulton runs 71.5 percent. 1989 against 2003, and what that does to the frame

It is a long drive and we are honest about it
Atlanta is about seventy minutes from the shop and South Fulton nearer ninety. That's a real drive, and it means Fulton work gets grouped rather than dropped in one job at a time.
